Charles Russell Speechlys: How Gen Z is redefining wealth, work and life

One of the most major societal shifts in recent decades has been the growing importance of wealth over income when it comes to an individual’s economic destiny.

I worked with the marketing team at law firm Charles Russell Speechlys to unpack this topic through a thought leadership report about Gen Z and the ‘Great Wealth Transfer’. The report was underpinned by a survey with 2,000 Gen Z adults (aged 18-27 years) and 2,000 of the (non-Gen Z) general population, which explored their generational perspectives on wealth management and life’s major milestones.

As well as leaning on the extensive knowledge of CRS’s own team, I identified other experts in the field and interviewed them to provide additional generational perspectives and insights on the subject.
